Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CalSync provides automated calendar event synchronization between multiple Google Workspace accounts. The service copies events from source calendars to destination calendars based on user-configured automations.

2. Account & Subscription

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with full functionality
• After the trial, a subscription of $2.99/month is required
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Failed payments will be retried for 7 days before account suspension

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the service to spam or create unwanted calendar events

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CalSync depends on Google Calendar API availability. We are not responsible for sync delays or failures caused by Google API outages or rate limits.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of CalSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. CalSync does not own your calendar data. Previously synced events remain in your calendars even after account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

CalSync is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any scheduling conflicts, missed meetings, or data loss resulting from the use of our service.
